Changes to my account

I have a domain under TACSAutomation.com [EMAIL REMOVED]

I need to make changes and I am the owner of the company. I have had an individual handling this that we will let go but need all the info How can you help as our web site has been shut down now for months I found out and we had email accounts that we want to insure are open and close others.

  1. Contact tech support at the registrar (GoDaddy.com, in this case) and see if they can help. You will have to somehow prove your ownership -- I'm not sure how well this will work out for you.

  2. Or, call the former employee and ask nicely. Even though you let him go, the correct thing for him to do is to help you out.

  3. Or, Sue the former employee. Not so much fun.

  4. Or, Wait for the domain to expire, and re-register it.
