Does anyone use a Virtual Assistant to help with setup of new domains?

When I register a new domain, I have a bunch of stuff I have to do.

It seems like a virtual assistant would be great to outsource these tasks:

  1. Setup website and email.
  2. Park the domain, or Create a quick "for sale" site. Setup Adsense, if necessary.
  3. List the domain on various auction sites: Sedo, Afternic, etc.
  4. Setup Google Analytics on the domain.
  5. Submit the domain to various search engines: Google WebMaster tools, Bing, DMOZ.

The big problem, that I see, is that they would need access to a lot of account passwords.

Anyone have good success with this?
