Does a disclaimer protect a site from UDRP?

I saw this disclaimer on a site today (see bottom of page):

Disclaimer: Domain owner maintains no relationship with third party advertisers. Reference to any specific service or trademark is not controlled by domain owner and does not constitute or imply its association, endorsement or recommendation.

I suspect the intent is to avoid problems with UDRP. Cases have been lost because the underlying ad engine on a parked site showed trademarked ads.

Does this disclaimer really hold water?
